One of Clas Ohlson's largest stores in Norway was opened today at 10 am. The store is located next to Oslo Central Station in the centre of Oslo.

"We get a large store in a fantastic location in the heart of Oslo where tens of thousands of people pass by every day. The store has become incredibly nice and it feels really good to open it," says Rune Johansen, Country Operations Manager.

The new store is located on Stenersgata, just opposite Oslo Central Station. With its 1,606 square metres of retail space on two floors, it is the second largest Clas Ohlson store in Norway.

Already on Wednesday, the store opened for selected members of Clas Ohlson's customer club Club Clas and at 10 am today, the official opening took place. This means that Clas Ohlson now has three stores in the centre of Oslo.

"There has been a great deal of interest in the opening and it is clear that we are very popular in Oslo. With our three stores in the city centre, it will now be very easy for people in Oslo to find what they need for their home improvement," says Rune Johansen.

Clas Ohlson opened its very first store in Norway in 1991 on Torggata in the centre of Oslo and there are now a total of 95 stores in Norway. During the year, four more stores are planned in Norway and a total of 12 store openings are planned throughout the Nordics.
