Materials are only available for download provided that you accept Clas Ohlson's terms of use.
- Any use of such material must clearly state that Clas Ohlson owns the rights to the materials (including but not limited to images, text, music, video/film and/or other Clas Ohlson productions) being used.
- Where copyright is credited (including but not limited to production companies, photographers, authors, holders of music rights, or directors) these parties must also be included.
- It is not allowed to manipulate, alter or edit Clas Ohlson's materials (including but not limited to images, text, music, video materials/film, or any other Clas Ohlson productions).
Intellectual property rights
Clas Ohlson AB ("Clas Ohlson") and the holders of intellectual property rights (including but not limited to production companies, photographers, authors, holders of music rights, or directors) "Rights holders" own the copyright and all other intellectual property rights concerning the material (including but not limited images, text, music and/or video material/film) made available for third party use. Legal action will be taken for any intrusion or violation of the rules concerning the use of such materials.
